Outdoor swimming
Wild swimming

An increased interest in outdoor swimming over the past years has seen more and more people taking to the River Wharfe on a regular basis. Jude, Anita and Marina are three ladies who appear in the town’s Otley Girls Can video and enter the water in Grove Hill Park. They say they swim outside for physical health, to support their mental wellbeing, and further appreciate and protect the beautiful area in which they live. They do not have an official website or Facebook page but list the following as places to look for ideas and inspiration.
