About Otley Core
Otley Core is located in the heart of Otley town centre, directly opposite the bus station, within the Orchard Gate shopping centre.
The Core is staffed by our friendly Liaison team, who are on hand to help.
Our team aim to answer questions wherever possible and, if needed, will direct you to the most appropriate council service or external organisation.
Opening Times
- Monday: Closed (telephone service only)
- Tuesday – Thursday: 10am – 4pm
- Friday: 10am – 3pm
- Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Please note: opening times may vary on public holidays.

We provide leaflets and information on a wide range of topics, including:
- Bus timetables and transport information
- Visitor attractions and local amenities
- Upcoming events and community activities
Members of the public can also view planning applications currently being considered by Otley Town Council.
Room Hire at Otley Core
Otley Core is a modern, accessible building with rooms available for hire.
- A main room suitable for meetings and events of up to 50 people
- A smaller meeting room suitable for meetings of up to 5 people
