Terry Ford, Otley Town Bellman
The Otley Bellman plays a significant civic duty in the town. The Bellman can be seen on many occasions walking around the town in his blue, white and black regalia, carrying his bell and exercising his duties, from delivering messages and communications, to leading Church and other parades, as well as making proclamations on behalf of Civic, charitable or indeed any other organisation, who engage his vocal services.
